I was really excited thinking I've found a great vet for my cat. However, during my cat's second visit they gave my cat a shot without my consent and charged me extra for it. Unfortunately, in this situation my partner brought our cat in & didn't know better. When he informed me of the details after the visit, I called them and explained I had booked the apt for a specific reason and given a specific price. They replied "Well, he would need it anyways. This is an excellent vet. They always try to squeeze me in when they can and they also try to save me money. I have two dogs and if they can they only charge me for one dog exam. They are friendly and awesome!!
