I recently had an automatic car starter installed at MBA. Scott couldn't have been more courteous and professional. He went out of his way to shuttle me to and from work while they worked on my car. There was a small glitch in the installation, and Scott promptly scheduled a follow up appointment, fixed the problem, and did not charge me.
