terrible attitudes, no real interest in your needs, dont expect anything to happen outside normal weekdays for planning you will be treated like a bother to them
Loosing a loved one is bad enough, but dealing with the lack of skills by some members of the staff at Marshall's was insult to injury. Not worth the many $$$ my poor mother prepaid for the service.
While we conformed to their ways the lack of understanding towards one traditional ways and family customs was questions , judged and scorned.
We were were more of a bother to them. No sense our grief.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !
