I made an appointment a month in advance with a doctor. The day of, I get called a few hours prior to say they are busy and need to reschedule to the next day. I inform them that I can't make that day so I want to schedule next week. Their response "the doctor doesn't want to make appointments, you'll have to just walk in or call the week of". Well I sure wish I knew this a month ago!
Waited for the doctor for over an hour as soon as they opened, then the reception had to send everyone away because the only doctor who was scheduled was not coming today. Whoever the doctor is has no respect for other people's time.
I tried this clinic out although I saw a lot of
Negative reviews on it. I went in with my child at 9am (when the clinic opened) and we got put in a room right away and were seen by Dr. Keogh, she was great and we got the medicine needed which is usually hard to get unless we go to our family doctor (who is closed on Sunday's). My son will actually be able to sleep tonight thanks to her listening.
The front staff very bad attitude.
Very disappointed with their service.
As for the physician they don't seem knowledgeable enough to have patients under their care.
