I called to arrange a vehicle to get picked up Saturday morning. I was told the tow truck would come between 9am and Noon, so I took the day off work to be there. but they didn’t come. So, at 12:30 I left a message to call me back with no response. I also called their office 4-5 times after that, with no answer at all. Then I gave up on them and called KennyUPull and was told they’d pick it up within an hour, and give me more money.
Thumbs WAY down for Mikes.
I’ll NOT be returning.
Called ahead to confirm I could bring in a junk truck on a trailer with no wheels only to arrive and for them to say they don’t have anyone to run the tractor to take it off the trailer even though I specified on the phone that it would have to be lifted off with a tractor.over an hour of wasted time.no compensation or trying to make it right.went to Kenny upull and got more money and friendly service.never again mikes wreckers
Very bad experience. Very rude and non professionals. Bought car engine and presented their stock no with vehicle details, but they delivered wrong engine with different stock number. When I checked on their site both engines with stock number were deleted.They also delayed to deliver the part. Make sure that what you asked and what they delivered.
