DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! We were promised a full refund for our stay at 1 Sentry Circle by a lady named "Chris" - the apparent Manager of the location. This is after we were unhappy with the room, and the smell of the chemicals used in the air to cover up pee stains from a previous client (they were ill, and my wife and I do not blame them). She denied any smells or chemicals until she told us a gentlemen with a catheter was previously in the room and had issues with his bladder.
