CDC is clearly a business that spend more time trying to get more money from you then providing a good service. I say take your money else where, there are plenty other dance studio in town.
It’s not all about building a leaner, longer, stronger body. Ballet also helps you build confidence and develop your concentration, coordination and grace. Adults will enjoy learning ballet terminology, technique and repertoire at this Queen West dance studio (established ballerinas can flex in City Dance Corps’ point, intermediate ballet, or power barre classes). In the beginner-oriented ballet fundamentals class, each move is broken down so newbies can relax and be free to dance in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
You’ll learn ballet arabesques, tango ganchos and breakdancing body popping at this downtown cornucopia of dance. There’s just about every style imaginable and regular social nights for you to mingle and dance with your fellow students. Sample what’s on offer with a special-rate card that allows unlimited access to classes for two weeks. There’s every chance you’ll find a style that you’ll fall in love with.
Whether you need to shake off those winter blues or, ahem, winter brews, group dance classes not only burn cals, but they also boost mood. Large windows overlooking Queen West offer loads of natural light during the day, and an airy studio space means you won’t be two-steppin’ into your neighbour. Feel the burn in classes such as ballet boot camp, hip hop for absolute beginners and the fundamentals of jazz. Bonus: you’ll meet new friends and leave with a ton of new party tricks.
