To whom this may concern at Fiction,
I am extremely disgusted with the experience I had at your club as of last night. Several of my friends and I purchased tickets for your event "Fright Fest 2015 @ Fiction," arriving at 9pm. We waited in line for 3 hours only to be told we could not be admitted into the club/people were no longer being accepted in. I am appalled with this lack of regard for your customers who wasted both their money and time on an event
Worst club I've ever been to. I bought VIP passes through a club crawl for NYE and was promised that I would not have to wait in line. The club made us wait in line in the freezing cold along with all of the other people who did not pay for the passes and when I asked the bouncer about it he was very sarcastic and rude, along with the manager. The manager blew me off and kicked me out without even trying to give me an explanation. Would NEVER go back.
