The food is wonderful, but because of the size of the space and the fact that food is made fresh to order, waiting times are somewhat long. If you're there with good friends, however, you can use the time to catch up before you have a delicious dinner. I highly reccommend it.
I've tried quite a few Thai restaurants in the GTA, and DeSiam ranks way up there!!! Good-sized portions, excellent variety (beef, chicken, vegetarian, noodle, rice, curry dishes), well-blended flavours. The tastiest Pad Thai I've ever tried!!! Oh, and fast service! The restaurant is quite small (maybe seats 30-40 people with about 12 tables) and sometimes there's a long wait that goes out the door (20 or so minutes), but the food is worth the wait! We eat there at least twice a month. What this place lacks in decor and size, it makes up for with very savoury dishes! Dinner reservations recommended for groups of 4 or more. Order 'take out' and avoid the line-ups! Highly Recommended!!!

Wonderful Service... I don't even have to say a word - she already knows what we want and brigns it right out to us. The food is a refreshing taste of a different culture, and we can't get enough of it. It is very light and healthy.
