Great people, easy to deal with and have a good selection of paints, glues and building materials. They also have a decent selection of plastic models. They are local and I support them and have over the last few years. You won't know what you have until its gone.
I scatch my head about negitve comments on here. It is a typical small mom and pop hobby shop, for models and trains selection is decent and ive never had issuse with them getting me stuff. But if your look for serious rc then they dont really cater to that
These people are not up-to-date with their knowledge of various hobbies nor do they have stock! Everything is "always" on order yet never seems to "come in". If you didn't buy the item you're trying to repair from them, they become very belligerent and ultimately, they just drive potential customers away. I will NEVER set foot in this store again!
"Thumbs Down", Thanks for your comments, we at Windsor Hobbies are always interested in what our customers have to say.
For over forty-two years Windsor Hobbies has prided itself on its customer service, and it is very unfortunately you mat have had a bad experience. Over sixty percent of our business is "special Orders", and if at any time you wanted to order a product, all you would need is a part number and a deposit. If our suppliers carry that product, we can get it. We receive question from people very day on items they bought on line or something they have bought used, and the advice is always the same, "buyer be ware", somethings are not always what they seem.
