We needed some serious plumbing & tiling work done in a complex situation - a condo building with tenants in the apartment and commercial tenants below the apartment. And I was very much remote. So clear communication was nearly as big a part of this job as the actual plumbing and tiling work. Sam was always 100% in communication and he consistently sent me photos of all steps involved. He tested his work thoroughly and I am very happy with the outcome.
