I called for the first time \after my basement was flooded from the toilet upstairs. Never met Cory before, he took my call at 6:30 am and arranged to come the same day given the urgency! Where do you get that kind of service anymore?? He came, he was friendly and most of all, he was efficient. He got rid of the smell and my carpet looks like new!
