I agree with the others! Third time that they do not ring the door bell or knock at the door while we are there. Fortunately, I rarely receive packages by Purolator. I will continue to tell everyone to use other delivery services when they are shipping packages to my home address.
Purolator has to be by far one of the worst services I have ever in my life!! I was waiting at home all day for my package to come, continuously tracking online. Out of nowhere, I receive a notification from the website saying "Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable" when the doorbell never rang!! Now I have to go all the way to Lachine to pick it up. The location doesn't even have a phone number! These guys are complete liars! Terrible Service!!
Worst delivery service ever. Every single time I had something shipped through Purolator the delivery never happened. Nobody ever knocked on my door, and then they blatantly LIED saying they attempted to deliver and that I wasn't home. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Then they simply leave the package in their storage facility which is in the middle of nowhere, literally, it takes an hour and a half and a lot of walking through a roadside with no sidewalks to get from downtown Montreal to their place.
