The appointment was on time. But the grooming was not what used to be... Hélène went bigger on bussines.. And by hiring other people than herself and taking more and more pets per hour.. They make mistakes in the grooming. A lady leaving before me wasn't happy, and when I got home with my cat.. There were lots of mistakes in the shaving and hair cuts... That happens when you go too fast.i won't bring my pet back there. I rather go somewhere else. There are few small places around.

Chester va chez Magenta depuis plus de un an. Le service est vraiment personnalisé. Les toiletteuses sont vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponibles et très dynamiques.

c'était la 1ere fois que j'étais aussi satisfaite après avoir fait toiletter mon chien. j'ai un jeune Golden tres nerveux et les toiletteuses du Spa mon vraiment étonnée, elles l'on mit en confiance dès le début et il a été très calme jusqu'a la fin!! Meme apres 2 semaines il sent encore super bon et pratiquement aucun poil sur mes divans!! Boodo va revenir vous voir régulierement sa c'est sur :)
