Après des mois d’attente pour notre divan, voici à quoi ressemble la livraison de Brick. Ils ont refusé de déplacer mon petit divan deux places malgré que j’ai le bras dans le plâtre et que je l’ai demandé gentiment. Leur réponse: On n’est pas payé pour ça. Ils « crissé » le divan dans l’entrée. Je n’ai pu accès à mon salon. C’est le pire service de livraison que j’ai eu jusqu’à maintenant.

Pire expérience de ma vie (produits de mauvaise qualité et sevices après-vente) Les plastiques auto-collants en haut de la laveuse et de la sécheuse avaient été décollés puis recollés avec du tape, manuel pour une sécheuse d'une autre marque et dégât d'eau à la livraison (eau dans les tuyaux de la laveuse). À l'avenir, j'irai chez des marchands qui acceptent les retours pour les électroménagers. Brick, plus jamais.
Dont shop at the brick... You will regret the service and after care service. Dispicable the way they serve you and speak to you! Cant believe it... Multiple years in customer service and this is by far the worst ever. Please friends make this viral.
I bough a couch for 2000$ ... 1- they delivered it 3h later than their delivery schedule. 2- they didnt took the power cable so i have to return to the store myself to pick it up 3- the plastic legs under the couch was not screwed properly and scraped my wooden floor WORST SHOPPING EVER
we had an excellent service by the best ever person. Her name is Louise . We bought a sofa that it was exactly what we were looking for.Very polite and fast in her services!!! thanks!!! We certainly we will visit again this store to buy other things !!!
Sales people at this store are dishonest, they will sell you things you do not need just to make a few extra bucks on the commission. Stay away from this place by all means. I was sold a box spring with my bed and matress as it was necessary although the bed has already a solid base and the item description on their website clearly stated it was not needed. No refunds or credits were offered although it was clearly a dishonest attempt at boosting the sale.
We had a bad experience with The Brick about ten years ago. Nevertheless we decided to buy leather furniture here because the model we like, we found in The Brick. The service and advises, provided by sales consultant Louse Semerjian, were perfect. Our order has been processed fast and we were pleasantly surprised having some free compliments. We are satisfied with quality of furniture’s upholstery and design. The improvements are obviouss in The Brick last decade!
Je nachèterai plus jamais de matelas chez Brick à Lavall!!II Ils font des fausse annoncent dans la description du produit en faisant crier que le matelas et mœlleux alors qu il est semi ferme? Et une remarque ou je me suis fait avoir cest le document qui vous ai dresser rapidement pour signer quils ne prennent aucun retour sl y a un problèmes ?J ai mal au cou et au dos depuis !! En un mot on a crosser le petit vieux!
Je suis très satisfaite du service. J'ai acheté un divan en cuir et un an plus tard le cuir a déchirer.Mon chum est allé voir le gérant Sébastien et il a décidé de nous donner un divan neuf pareille comme on avait acheté! merci beaucoup. Je conseille a tout le monde d'aller acheter chez brick a laval.
My husband and I had a very bad experience with them. They told us there was NO HIDDEN FEES on their 12 month interest free promotional payment plan and they LIED!!!!!! We offered to give them the 12 monthly checks and we were told to wait until they send us their store card and the invoice first. When we received our invoice already late, we went to the store and we were charged interest from hidden insurance fees we never agreed upon and they tried to blame it on their banking institution!!!!
