Les Enfants Du Paradis

I've seen them take the kids to the park and to the splash pad. The educators leave the children in the stroller and sit and chat with each other and are on their phones. After staying for a little while they leave, without taking a child out once. It seems they bring them outside just to look at the parks and other children playing! It's horrible!
